Hi Scott,
We have PDF annotations under consideration for the second half of 2024, however, this is preliminary and unofficial information. The visible status of each public item is the only official source of truth.

Mine was marked as a duplicate too. I was just asking for automatic links in the PDF table of contents, like some of the competitors have. Any chance that can be worked on soon?
Thanks
I created the following ticket, but it was marked as a duplicate.

My ticket was not a duplicate, but something that is already part of PDF.js, which is the ability to fill in a PDF within the browser. Please review the ticket again.

For adding annotations we rely on PDF.js, and they still don't support it. We are waiting for this too.

Could add suport to at least ADD new anotations?
I also need this feature, I need to allow users to sign PDFs.
Now that the Signature Component has been added, may the status of this feedbak change? Surely it's a feature other softwares support.

Hello Mir,
Our PDF Viewer uses PDF.js under the hood to render PDF files in the browser. Currently, adding and editing annotations is an existing feature request at PDF.js. When (and if) it's implemented, we will be able to log it on our side as well.
In the mean time, let's focus this request to just view existing annotations, as this is under our control.
