Expose OpenOn and CloseOn action parameters in the Menu
If you are on a 3rd level child menu and move the mouse to a 2nd level parent menu item that is not the direct parent, the menu hides. It should keep the first level open. Is there a way to control the opening and the closing of the submenu items?
The official state of each feature request is reflected by the item status. "Unplanned" means that there is no scheduled release for implementation.
At the same time, this is one of the most popular requests now, so I expect us to move it to our short-term to-do list in the near future. For the time being, I can only recommend following this item, so that you receive automatic updates.

Any updates for this?
I need TelerikMenu Open or Close on click instead mouse hover menus to use click-to-toggle state
This item has a slightly different focus - mainly, to open child Menu items on click. Indeed, the feature request is old and popular, but there are a few others that are even more popular and we are working on them now (e.g. the PivotGrid).
We will most likely schedule this one for implementation in the next few months.
INSANE that this has been going on since 2019. Telerik's Blazor Menu component is marginal compared to Syncfusion, DevExpress, etc. How is this remotely acceptable that clicking on a menu item doesn't close the menu, four years later?

Hi Eli,
"Unplanned" status usually means that we can't provide additional timing details. I agree that this is a popular feature request, so I escalated it to the product owners for consideration. We have an imminent product planning in the following weeks. As soon as we set a release for implementation, the status will change and you will get a notification.
Is there any update on this request and when it will be worked on? It has 52 votes as of this comment making it one of the top requests across the suite.
