Add the ability to make the RadioGroup component read-only
Currently, the only available option is to use the Enabled parameter to create a similar behavior to read-only, but from an accessibility point of view, the end-user can't interact with the component and can't go through all available radio options. Add Readonly parameter.

Thank you for your patience while we were reviewing the request with our development team!

As a result of the discussion and recent research on the behavior, I can inform you that the HTML inputs with the type "radio" and "checkbox"  can be configured as read-only. As said in the official MDN documentation about the read-only attribute -  "Only text controls can be made read-only, since for other controls (such as checkboxes and buttons) there is no useful distinction between being read-only and being disabled, so the readonly attribute does not apply."

Having this in mind, I am marking the request as "Declined".
