Telerik Multi Select to have "Select All" option

Telerik Multi Select to have optional top level header item with check box & title "Select All" [Localizable]. 

If all items are selected, the display box of the Multi-Select should show "All Selected" instead of list of selected items.

Hello Kasim,

The behavior you would like to achieve can be done with the TagTemplate (still existing feature request) and the PopUp refresh method (also a feature request). I am marking this thread as a duplicate of the TagTemplate. I can see that you already voted for both of the requests, and additionally you can click the Follow buttons for both feature requests to receive email notifications on status updates if you did not already.
