Hi Stephen,

Thank you for providing us all the needed information for this case.

The described issues are fixed in both Chrome and Firefox with our latest 2.27.0 release. I'm marking this public item as complete.

Please let me know if you need further information.

Hi,

I can provide the details on Matt's behalf. Sorry for the delay.

Test setup

Win10

Chrome & firefox

NVDA

Chrome and Firefox issues

Both are having similar issues. Though i tend to have more success with firefox.

navigating the multi select control with a keyboard and NVDA is a confusing experience, when revisiting the control and it has at least one item shown (chosen).

I strongly suggest experiencing this for yourself to replicate the frustration.

I suggest tabbing into the control, use keys to read the already chosen items, use keys to filter for next item, and go back and forth between (mouse) clickable things in the control and outside of the control.

Experience (using keyboard + NVDA / using my vision)

i don't know if it is a focus issue, i was confused what had focus at a given time or how to jump between badges/items (items selected from multi-select) and typing to filter for another list of options.

With a lot of prodding i do get positive results, but i have difficulty replicating the success. Prodding w/ keys: tab, left, right, up, down, shift+tab, alt+up, and alt+down.

Thank you and I look forward to your reply.
