The links to the jQuery version are for clarity to showcase the expected functionality, and a workaround for someone who finds such a feature extremely urgent.

We have many requests and many features to implement, and the Feedback Portal is the best place to provide status updates - when you click the Follow button, you will get emails when an update happens - for example, when we know which release will contain this feature. The scheduler grouping is, unfortunately, not near the top of the top requested lists in terms of popularity, and this is why we cannot yet include it in our near-term planning. We do take our customers' feedback and the popularity of ideas with the community very actively when building our roadmap and you can see that top top requested features are either completed, or in the near-term planing.
