PivotGrid support for dynamic data will be a huge development effort with very questionable business value.

Based on our experience with the Grid (which supports DataTable, ExpandoObject, and IDictionary), we prefer not to introduce the same feature for the PivotGrid. There are fundamental differences between the data processing in the Grid and the PivotGrid, so techniques that work for the Grid are not applicable to the PivotGrid.

Thus I am marking the feature request as declined, unless this item gets a considerable amount of votes, which can make us re-evaluate.

My recommendation is to convert the data to a strongly-typed model. I hope this won't be too much additional work.
