DatePicker is unable to select the date exactly 24 years ago today

For some reason I'm unable to select the date 01/03/2000 when using the date picker to select the date. Only thing special about this date is its exactly 24 years ago today.

I was able to reproduce in repl. https://blazorrepl.telerik.com/QyYFkdbU34QbG0Te32

I also attached a video so you can review the steps followed and result.

Hello,

Issue was probably related to desired date being in year 2000 which is a special year with short format 00 which might lead to parsing issues.
However, we tried to reproduce it in a similar fashion but to no avail.

The issue is not reproducible in version 14.0.0, thus we are closing it as "Completed".
