Empty Tabs are Not Deselected

Description

When the user selects an empty tab and then switches to another tab, the empty tab remains highlighted (appears as if it's still selected).

Steps:

1. Select the second tab (which has no content).
2. Select the first tab.

Both tabs are highlighted as selected.

Hello,

Until an official fix for this is present, a straightforward workaround would be to assure all TabStripTab tags have populated ChildContent. If an empty Tab is indeed the desired outcome, rendering almost any markup would likely resolve the issue. Here is an example of this workaround: https://blazorrepl.telerik.com/cSlwPFFF40I4480q19
