Expose a template that controls the rendering of the Upload Dialog
I would like to be able to add a DropDownList or other HTML in the Upload Dialog.

Hello Prashant,

Once this feature request is implemented you will be able to add a DropDown, a DatePicker, or any other HTML in the Upload Dialog.
