FileManager Breadcrumb navigation does not work correctly with many child folders

Sorry to bother you, but we found a problem when using the FileManager control. When you are in a directory hierarchy Home > Dir1 > DirA > DirX > DirY and you want to navigate to the parent directory say DirX using the breadcrumb, clicking on DirX, FileManager sends you to the root directory. I hope you can help me.

If there are a lot of child folders, the Breadcrumb navigation does not work correctly. The current directory does not respond to the selected one.

Hi Mikael,

I tested the FileManager breadcrumb navigation using some samples from the documentation. It seems to work as expected on my machine. Maybe I'm missing some steps that will help me reproduce the described issue upon testing.

As far as I understand, "..ALWAYS returns an empty string.." means that the breadcrumb does not display the current directory when navigating. Let me know if the problem is different.

As a next step, can you please share a little more information on how to reproduce it? You can use also REPL to send us a small sample with the actual configuration. That will help more in the process of reproduction.

My breadcrubs always in the filemanager ALWAYS return an empty string. 
Navigation in treeview and the folders are working as intented, but the breadcrumbs are not.
i have multiple FileManager implementations, all not working as intented when clicking breadcrumb
