Just Moving from Ajax UI to Blazor

Used the search box a lot - multi-columns, had first match as typed toward an item,filtering, a click return the item selected

Wonderful

please can we have a blazor version?

Hello Nick,

Yes, we will introduce a MultiColumn ComboBox in 3.5.0, which is even earlier, in August.

Hi Dimo,

Thanks for the quick reply -

thought you might say that! -the combo cant have several columns... so not very useful, as can show a client name and account or a stock item with description

so when have 1000s of items to find anything, restricted to 1 column is of no use and not much option for anything else as simple

mutli-column coming in September?

Hello Nick,

There is an existing SearchBox feature request, alas with very low popularity.

Currently, you can achieve similar UX with a combination of a DropDownList for the context, and a filterable AutoComplete / ComboBox for the typed search string. Is there anything else in terms of features that you need?
