Allow the DateTimePicker to open the Time portion/page by default
I have a case where I need the users to be able to change the date and time, but most will just be editing the time? Is there a way to default open to the Time Page rather than opening the Date page every time?

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for showing interest in this feature request.

I noticed that you've already found a JavaScript workaround and shared it in another public post: "Is it possible for the DatePicker to default open to the Time page?" (for anyone interested, see the comments section)."

This would be a great feature, and some of your animations imply that it is available now, but it doesn't seem to be. On this page:

https://www.telerik.com/blazor-ui/datetimepicker

In the section titled, "DateTimePicker Theming", the animated GIF implies that the control can be opened directly to the Time tab.

99% of the time, my users will be selecting a Time from today, so the extra step of clicking today's date (or the time tab) is annoying just to support the 1% of the time they might want to change the day.

I have upvoted this Request. Any javascript workaround would be welcome as well. Thanks! :)
