The time portion does not respect the specified Format, but the current culture

If you enter a format with a 24 hour time( Format="dd MMM yyyy HH:mm:ss")  for the Timepicker

If you enter the same format for the DateTimePicker the TimePicker in the DateTimePicker looks like this:

It seems like this is a bug as the only way I can change the DateTimePicker time UI is to alter my language/culture whereas the TimePicker displays correctly based on my format.

Hi Eric,

We managed to plug the fix in our upcoming 3.2 release. It is expected to be live around mid-April. You can then upgrade to have the time portion respecting the specified Format.

Still unplanned. This is a pretty big limitation to the DateTime picker. It would be really nice if we could specify a 24 hour time format.

Hello Eric,

I have made some testing and you are right that indeed this is not the expected behavior of the component. As a small token of appreciation, I have updated the Telerik Points for your account.
