LoadGroupsOnDemand does not let you group with an ExpandoObject as data source

Workarounds are:

- using a "real" model instead of a dynamic type

- removing the LoadGroupsOnDemand feature (and using the regular paging so you can still have grouping in case you were using virtual scrolling)

Indeed, this issues was logged a long time ago and I am sorry if it is a show stopper for you.

Our prioritization mechanism depends on several factors, including:

In this specific case, I must confirm that the second and third bullet lean towards medium-to-low values, which has pushed back the development in favor of other more fixes.
