When using Predefined Dialog with Modal window, Dialog isn't modal and on top

I have a Modal Window showing and then show a Predefined Dialog alert.  You can click on the modal window and the Alert dialog goes behind and you have to close the modal, then close the alert dialog.

It would be nice if the the predefined dialogs were always modal on top of all windows.

Hello David,

We have another bug report regarding the Predefined Dialogs don't cover a modal dialog when the TelerikRootComponent parent does not have display:flex. The issues you are experiencing seem to be the same and thus I mark this bug report as a Duplicate. I have added your Vote for it and you can click the Follow button to get email notifications on status updates.

At the before mentioned public thread you can see a workaround for the time being.
