Hi Wei,

Yes, in terms of user experience those operation such as paging, sorting and filtering should not be allowed once there is validation error. We are planning on prioritizing several issues and improvements (including this one) that will fulfill the validation story of the grid. So, we are scaling what will be included in the short term planning and what time frame it will be handled.

2 more cases the validation can be left in frozen state (unable to edit after)

1. with row virtualization on, scroll to next page

2. with pageable = true, click the next page

 

can both case be fixed in this ticket?
