ColumnMenu for TreeList
It would be nice to have the same capabilities for working with TreeList columns as in the ColumnMenu for Grid. Espesially columns chooser.

Hi Chris,

The timeline is represented by this very page and sometimes our Blazor Roadmap (e.g. TreeList enhancements are planned for mid 2023). When there is official scheduled release for implementation, the feature request status will change to include the version number and date.

Usually, a "Planned" feature with no release date means that we are still not sure about the exact release and/or the intended release is not one of the next one or two.

Hello Chris,

I am sorry if the lack of a column menu is forcing you to evaluate alternatives. The reason for the delayed implementation is pretty standard and trivial - low customer demand.

We will assign a more specific time frame soon (after the R1 release this month) and the estimated release will be added to this item's status.

I'm surprised the Blazor treelist component doesn't support the ColumnMenu.  I consider this a fundamental feature of your components supported in all the other component libraries, Jquery, Angular etc.

This was also brought up over 18 months ago.  Without feature parity, I'll have to look for another vendor for my "standard" components.

 

Any update on when the Blazor tree list component will reach feature parity with all the other libraries?

We intend to have the column menu available for the treelist as well, and you can click the Follow button on this page to get an email when that happens.
