Hello Tiffany,

The Telerik UI for Blazor components are distributed as a NuGet package - either through our private feed, or through a custom local feed you can create from your local installation or zip archive (you can download either from your Telerik account Downloads page and choose the version you want).

If you have further questions on this, I highly recommend opening a private support ticket where we can discuss them.
