Create a chips component for Blazor UI

One feature that is missing from the current set of Blazor UI components is a chips control. I'm not sure if it's OK to link to 3rd party controls, but this is a fairly common control that is available on multiple platforms. I can provide some samples if required.

Hello Darryl,

We have a very similar component in the Multiselect (demo: https://demos.telerik.com/blazor-ui/multiselect/filtering and docs: https://docs.telerik.com/blazor-ui/components/multiselect/filter). Regarding the other types, you could use a TelerikButton, and add some styling to it, for the action commands (https://docs.telerik.com/blazor-ui/components/button/overview) like filtering, or telling the UI to send a message, for example.
