Thanks,

Shouldn't the status be Planned if it is planned for a specifik version?

Hi Ola,

With Blazor, we are doing continuous delivery, so the typical R1, R2 and R3 releases we have with other product lines are a bit blurry. In this case - it will roughly match - we aim to have 2.13.0 for the official WebAssembly release that is expected at the end of May.

Thanks for the update Marin.

I see this is now planned for 2.13.0. Is that the same as version "R2 2020" that is mentioned in the Roadmap for Blazor.
Any information on when 2.13.0 will be available?

Hi Rick,

The example from my previous post allows both - exporting all the data, or only the current page of data. It is not a built-in feature yet, just some code around the data source and the grid that uses the Telerik Document Processing Libraries we introduced in today's release.

At this moment, this sample is just a workaround, in the future the export ability will come out of the box in the grid, please click the Follow button on this page for status updates.

Is this everything in the grid or does this allow exporting only the filtered content?

Hello everyone,

With our upcoming 2.6.0 release (due in a couple of days), you will be able to generate a grid export through the Document Processing Libraries we will provide. I'm attaching here an example. We are aiming to provide a built-in feature around April.

Hello Earl,

I moved this thread to the public feedback portal, so you can Follow its implementation. Here's a link that you can click from the email notification to get there: https://feedback.telerik.com/blazor/1431614-export-grid-to-excel.

At the moment, such a feature is not available, and it needs to get implemented. To do that, we need to first port .NET Core versions of our document processing tooling, and then to integrate them into the Blazor suite. It is not a trivial or quick task, I must say, and it will take some time. We are building everything as native components from the ground up and that takes some more time than wrapping existing code/widgets, but we firmly believe it is the correct approach.
