Esc key clears the value of a readonly ComboBox

Reproduction of the problem

  1. Run this example: https://blazorrepl.telerik.com/cqknbdvw00QmDg6q14
  2. Focus the ComboBox
  3. Press Esc key

Current behavior

The ComboBox value is cleared.

Expected/desired behavior

The ComboBox value remains.
