The listed points are a matter of custom implementations that can be achieved in the following ways:

• HeaderAlignment - you can align the header content with CSS. See the following article for more details and an example: Center or Right-Align Grid Column Header Content.
  
  
• WrapHeaderText - wrapping the header text can also be achieved with CSS. See the following article for more details and an example: Wrap and center the Grid Column Header text.
  
  
• HeaderTooltip or HeaderAdornmentTemplate - you can achieve this using the Column Header Template of the Grid as in the example here: Adding Tooltips to Grid Column Headers with Ellipsis in Blazor. In general, you can use the Header Template to override the header content as needed including adding the desired adornment.

Having the above in mind, I am marking the item as "Completed" since all the listed functionalities can be achieved with the current Grid capabilities.
