I find this answer very rude and annoying! The translations are getting worse and worse, with each update there are new errors. With this miserable quality, Telerik should better omit the translations altogether!

We provide official support for the English localization messages only. All the rest are more like an example and we provide them as is. You can make changes or use the localization files from the community (or even contribute).
