My tickets do not show on Support Center

Today I submitted ticket Telerik VS 2022 Extensions break IntelliSense/typing in Visual Studio 2022 Version 17.3.4 but it doesn't show on Support Center under 'Your Support Tickets'. The only ticket that shows is from 9 months ago.

BTW, I'm reporting this thicket and previous ticket under UI for Blazor because I didn't see how to report it for the Extensions and for Support Center. Maybe that's another thing you need to look at?

Hi Stefan,

Thank you for your feedback! Indeed, in some scenarios, the same bug occurs in the extensions for several products. However, in other cases, the issue is related to a specific extension only. There will be no way to track that if we unite the 'Installers and VS Extensions' issues under one product category.

Thank you, good to know, I didn't notice that one, its hidden among the controls. I would suggest adding 'Installers and VS Extensions' as a Product. The ticket that started this discussion was for 2 extensions, Blazor UI and ASP Core. Both had the same bug. Likely other extensions were having same issue.

Hi Stefan,

I'd like to follow up with some additional information that you may find useful when you are submitting tickets in future.

Each Telerik product has a subcategory called "Installer and VS Extensions". If, for example, you are experiencing issues with the VS Extension for UI for Blazor, you can submit your ticket with product UI for Blazor > Installer and VS Extensions.

Generally speaking, the "Your Support Tickets" section contains the tickets that you've submitted with the "Support" type. The linked ticked is a public thread and its type is "Bug report" and not "Support". That said, you may find it in the "Tracked forum, FR and Bugs" page that you can access here:

As a creator, you are automatically subscribed for this report and it will be listed in the "Feature Requests and Bugs You Follow" section.
