[Accessibility] FilterRow filter list item menu has no accessible name

The filter list item menu defined as follows do not have accessible name.  Please provide work around or fix that I can implement.

Hi Leon,

Thank you once again for reporting the issue. The described behavior is indeed a bug. It is confirmed.

That said, I'm changing the status to "Unplanned". You are automatically subscribed, as a creator, to receive email notifications for status updates.
