Support PDF417 Barcode Encoding
Please add support for the PDF417 Barcode encoding (format).

Hi James,

I confirm that once this feature request is implemented, the Telerik Blazor Barcode will support PDF417 encoding.

As of R2 2023, the default icon type will be SVG instead of Font. See this blogpost for more information.

My company displays and prints badges that include a PDF417 barcode in a WinForm app. We would like to move this feature to a Blazor app, however I'm not seeing support for the PDF417 barcode format.
