Indeed the Toolbar Button misses the AriaLabel parameter which allows one to set their desired "aria-label" value. I've updated the status of the request to "Unplanned" which indicates it is a valid feature not scheduled for implementation yet. As creator of the post, you are automatically subscribed to receive email notifications on status updates, so you can easily track the progress of the item. In the meantime, I also added your vote to increase the popularity of the request as we take that into consideration when prioritizing the component enhancements.
