Hi,

The problem seems reproducible with sample HTML in Chromium-based browsers and is logged in:
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1346573#c1

We are waiting for further updates by the Chromium team as the scenario works without problems in Firefox. We have investigated ways to workaround the issue, but they do not work in all zoom levels, so we cannot proceed with a stable fix.
