Add an event that fires when the Drag operations starts
I would like to have an event that fires when the Drag operation starts.

Walter:

The drag is over a control located outside of the grid, and the hint needs to be customized.

Hello Walter,

The OnRowDrop event fires when the Drag and Drop operation is over. Do you need any additional functionality in addition to that event?

I also need to know where the drag is over so that I can change the text hint.  It would also be nice to template the drag hint area to something other than text.  Having the drag and drop events are our top most priority.
