Add a column with the week's consecutive number
I would like to have a column with the number of the week like the one from this example.

In nearly every business app there's a need for this feature.

A lot of companies like seeing calendar weeks in calendars (e.g. when talking about "date of delivery for goods etc.").

Hope this feature makes it into the calendar component.
