Hi Charles,

Indeed, we have a separate feature request for an Expansion panel component, which provides similar UI as the PanelBar and uses declarative items.

I'd like to state that the PanelBar is way too complicated for a simple Accordion control.  It'll work, but with a bit of effort.  It's certainly not drop in.

For comparison, the SyncFusion Accordion control is extremely easy to use.  Give each item a Header (title), whether it's expanded or not, and some content.  The end.

I think it'd benefit the Telerik Blazor community to have a "true Accordion" control.
