Upload Async
One of the controls i find myself using a lot it the Async Uploaders. Since this curently requires a far amount of JS to get working in Blazor i would love to see it added so i dont have to write and manage all the JS.

Here is Lib. that does something similar currently as a possible starting point.

Hi Loren, 

Thank you for your suggestion on how to extend the number of Blazor components. We will take this request into consideration for the roadmap and see what we can deliver over the next couple of versions.
