Currently it is impossible to use TagTemplate alongside AllowCustom on a TelerikMultiSelect.
AddCustomValue add a new ListDataItem { Text = CustomValue, Value = CustomValue } but the Tag calls the template as Template((TItem)DataItem.DataItem).

A potential solution to this would be passing the whole DateItem as the context, rather than just the inner object.
