Current Time Marker

Since there is no "goto today" functionality (which I requested in a separate ticket). It is a pain to find the current timeslot in the timeline by scrolling.

The current timeslot should be highlighted by a specific background color or by a vertical line through the timeline.

Yes, the "Current Time Marker" would be fine.

The vertical line (as René mentioned) would be 100% okay imo because the intention of this feature request is to find "today" in a wide gantt chart, because there is no "Go to today" button.

Hi all,

The request was initially opened for highlighting the current timeslot. However, the screenshot Benjamin shared looks more like adding a marker for the current time.

Please take a look at the Current Time Marker feature currently available in the Ajax version of the Gantt. Let me know if such functionality will suffice to deliver your desired result.

It would be great to have a vertical timeline (best result if zoom-out is high)
