The grid should have an option to specify where the new row should be displayed. Either at the top (default) or at the bottom of the GRID (last row on the page).

I have a slightly different but related request:  I'd like the ability to add a new row directly above or below the currently selected row in the grid.  So typically that would be in the middle of the grid.

I found a way to do this, but it doesn't work if at least one of the columns is sorted.
