RadGridView columns merge design time

I'd like to have the merge columns mode, for example like TrueDBGrid (desing time)

It's fantastic, and there is the vertical alignment

I've tried all yours codes to emulate it but it's too slow if radgridview has a lot of rows.

Thank you for your interest in RadGridView from the Telerik UI for WinForms suite. I would like to note that we already have a similar request. You can track its progress, subscribe for status changes and add your comments on the following link - feedback item.

Currently, the possible solutions to simulate such a behavior in the grid are demonstrated here: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/winforms/knowledge-base/radgridview-merge-cells
