RadTextBoxControl: Visual glitch with selection and word wrap

I noticed a weird issue with the RadTextBoxControl when using a combination of word wrap and multiline.

If the text that is being wrapped is too close to the edge of the control, the selection highlight renders incorrectly.

Here is an example:

I have attached a sample to reproduce the issue.

Hello, lavanya,

The referred issue was duplicated with another logged item, and it was fixed in the Release R3 2021 SP1. You can see the status of the feedback item is "Completed".

Can you please make sure that you are using the 2021.3.1109 Telerik version or later in your project to benefit from the introduced fix?

In case you are having any further difficulties please let me know.

Hello, James,

Thank you for the provided project.

I confirm there is an issue with the selection in RadTextBoxControl when multiline is enabled. I have approved this bug reported on our feedback portal. Here is the feedback item for your reference.

I have also updated your Telerik Points.

Currently, due to the specifics of the issue, you can use RadTextBox instead of RadTextBoxControl

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Regards,
Nadya
