RadTrackBar: improve mouse move user experience ( thumb dragging smoothly) on a touch device

The problem, as described in the video, is that the thumb does not 'snap' to the point touched and then follow the touch as it is dragged. It is therefore difficult at times to actually 'grab' hold of the thumb unless you touch the screen in exactly the right point.

Changing the 'SnapToTicks' property purely makes the movement smoother once it is grabbed.

The provided sample videos were extremely helpful to illustrate what exactly is the undesired behavior that you are facing. I have downloaded all the videos and attached them as a zip file in my reply just to store them in case your Google Photos link disappears at a later moment.

It sounds like a reasonable request to improve the thumb dragging behavior in RadTrackBar. That is why I have logged it in our feedback portal by making this thread public on your behalf. You can track its progress, subscribe for status changes and add your comments on the following link - feedback item.

I have also updated your Telerik points.
