RadWebCam: Web cam flicker when taking snapshot
I notice when we take a snapshot the preview flickers.  Is there anyway to avoid this?

Hello, Bill,

Indeed, RadWebCam flickers when taking snapshots even if the image preview is disabled. 

I have logged it in our feedback portal by creating a public thread on your behalf. You can track its progress, subscribe for status changes and add your comments on the following link - feedback item.

I have also updated your Telerik points.

Currently, due to the specificity of the webcam internal implementation, I am unable to suggest a suitable solution. Please excuse us for the inconvenience caused.
