RadGridView: export to a .xlsm file

Hi, 

I have to transfer data from gridview to a .xlsm file which is for the salary transfer to the bank from the application (Template given by the Bank).

File screenshot attached. 

Need to fill the cells from the loaded gridview to this template.

Please help; I have searched a lot but no luck.

Hello, Arun,    

Currently, RadGridView offers the GridViewSpreadExport which utilizes our RadSpreadProcessing library to export the content of RadGridView to xlsx, csv, pdf and txt formats. We already have a similar request for RadSpreadProcessing. Exporting to xlsm seems to be a reasonable request for the RadGridView's export as well. Once, we introduce such functionality in the RadSpreadProcessing library we will consider its integration in the RadGridView's export as well.

 

I have logged it in our feedback portal by making this thread public. You can track its progress, subscribe for status changes and add your comments on the following link - feedback item.

 

I have also updated your Telerik points.
