Reproduction of the problem

1. Open the Dojo and click on the action buttons in the attachment card - https://dojo.telerik.com/zUATLlOa/3

Current behavior

No event is triggered. Accordin to the APi the execute event should be triggered:

https://www.telerik.com/kendo-jquery-ui/documentation/api/ui/chat/events/executeaction

Expected/desired behavior

According to the documentation the executeAction event should be triggered when the user clicks an action button in an attachment card.
