Bug report

When a Kendo UI Diagram calls the destroy method, if there are any tooltips associated with the component and they are opened, they will remain(open/existent) after destroying the Diagram.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Go to this Progress Kendo UI Dojo.
2. Hover over a diagram shape for the tooltip to appear.
3. Double click to destroy the Diagram.

Current behavior

The Tooltip will remain after the Diagram is destroyed.

Expected/desired behavior

The associated Tooltip should be destroyed with the Diagram.
