Hi Team,

I would like to request the Kendo UI TimePicker's dropdown to contain multiple entries of "12:00 AM" for a default-configured wrapper on a page whose browser session has crossed midnight.  This could be done in a few ways:

• treat +min == +max as "no restriction" regardless of the date part (this is what the wrapper emits by default), or
• derive maxSet from time-of-day only, or
• stop serializing Min/Max from the wrapper when they were not explicitly configured.
