Reproduction of the problem

1. Open this dojo - https://dojo.telerik.com/YupCowEr

1. Add a new item to the Grid

1. Click 'Save Changes'

1. Add another item to the Grid

1. Click 'Cancel Changes'

Current behavior

The last saved item is moved to the end of the Grid
