Show selection in inline editor when it has no focus
When the inline editor looses focus, the selection is cleared. Internal the selection is kept in property selectionRestorePoint. It would be nice if that selection would be visible if the editor has no focus.

Hi Rick,

This behavior is controlled by the browser itself: when any contenteditable element (including the Kendo UI Editor) loses focus, the browser automatically removes the visible selection highlight.
