When a filterable DropDownList uses a tooltip for each item, the DropDownList will close.

Reproducible

Steps to reproduce are in the Dojo

Expected Behavior

The DropDownList should remain open with the tooltip.

Workaround

Use a flag to handle when the DropDownList will close:
