spreadsheet filter buttons not respecting rowHeight on sheet with datasource

Using a datasource on a sheet

Selecting entire sheet and clicking the filter in the data toolbar tab.

The buttons for the columns do not respect the size of rowHeight or headerHeight

Set rowHeight to 20 and i get this

I confirm this is a regression bug. You can track its progress a the next GitHub issue:

https://github.com/telerik/kendo-ui-core/issues/8258
