When moving through objects with Kendo UI Tooltips fast, the tooltip does not hide.

Reproduction of the problem

1. Go to this Progress Kendo UI Dojo.
2. Move through the object fast.

Expected/desired behavior

Tooltips should disappear when navigating through new tooltips.
