Hours are not visible on load in modern DateTimePicker
Regression since 2022.1.119
Reproduction of the problem

Expected/desired behavior
Hours shall be visible at all times.
Environment
Kendo UI version: 2022.1.119 or newer
jQuery version: [all]

we have also started experiencing this issue after updating Chrome to version 121.0.6167.185
